What These Terms Cover

These terms apply to anyone who reads this website, which is run by Private Health Insurance Dunedin in Dunedin, Florida. The site is informational. It explains the kinds of coverage we help clients compare, such as individual, family and ACA Marketplace plans, along with dental, vision and accident insurance. General Information, Not a Recommendation

The pages here describe how plans tend to work: how a deductible differs from a premium, why a network matters, what open enrollment means. That is general background. It is not a recommendation for your situation, and it is not legal or tax advice.

The right plan depends on details we can only learn by talking with you, like your expected costs, the doctors you see and your eligibility for subsidies. Nothing on this site creates an agent and client relationship by itself.

Carriers Set the Plans and Prices

Premiums, deductibles, benefits, networks and eligibility rules are set by the insurance companies and, for Marketplace plans, by federal program rules. They change from year to year and sometimes mid-year. A plan is not in force until the carrier accepts your application and your first premium is paid. Reading about a plan here does not enroll you in it, and coverage questions after enrollment, including claim decisions, are decided by the carrier under the policy terms.

The consultation has no fee, and it costs you nothing to have us check, because we are paid by the company you choose, not by you. What you share on a call is used to look at plan options for you. You decide what to tell us and whether to move forward.

We try to keep the content current and correct, but plan rules shift and errors can slip in. We may edit, add or remove pages at any time without notice. We may also update these terms, and the version posted here is the one that applies when you use the site.
